Due to strict hygiene regulations wigs/hairpieces are not eligible for a refund. Any wig/hairpiece that is fitted on and customised in the Hair Replacement Solutions Clinic is not eligible for an exchange or refund. If a wig/hairpiece is fitted and you leave the clinic wearing the wig/hairpiece it is not eligible for an exchange or refund.
Unworn wigs are eligible for an exchange within 5 days of receipt. All original tags & packaging must be intact, undamaged & complete (wig box/bag, inside packaging, swing tag, hair net, etc.). Wig must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and free from hair products, damage & odours, exactly as received. Brushing, combing, cutting & styling a wig changes the texture of the fibers & is easily detectable, please keep this in mind when inspecting the wig for return. Wigs that have cigarette or other odours are not eligible for exchange.
If you find a wig to be defective you must notify us within 3 days of receipt & the wig must be returned to us within 5 days of notification. All our wigs are thoroughly inspected by our supplier before dispatch & also by us in the Hair Replacement Solutions Clinic prior to sale & for this reason product defects are very rare. If your returned wig is found to have a manufacturer defect we will happily replace it for the exact same product.
Custom made wigs & hairpieces cannot be returned to Hair Replacement Solutions under any circumstances for an exchange or refund. Accessories such as wig caps, sleep caps, brushes, combs, shampoo/conditioner, bandanas, hats & scarves cannot be returned.
